**Key Responsibilities**:

- Innovate and produce animated content, including explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects, amplifying brand storytelling and fostering audience engagement.
- Foster seamless collaboration with teams, comprehending project objectives, requirements, and audience preferences.
- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative directives into visually striking designs and animations that effectively convey core messages and brand essence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, continuously infusing innovation to elevate the caliber and impact of visual content.
- Uphold brand consistency and design standards across all deliverables, ensuring a polished and professional aesthetic.
- Navigate a dynamic workload by managing multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to deadlines without compromising attention to detail or accuracy.
- Contribute creative insights, provide constructive feedback, and engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to foster idea generation, problem-solving, and the delivery of exceptional outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
- Passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
