Job Description
1) Booking RM and PM Purchase of FIPCL. 2) Booking Import purchase of FIPCL -3) Booking of Purchase Freight MIRO FIPCL. -4) Payment follows up of FIPCL of local purchase and service providers. -5) Booking factory expense of FIPCL. -6) Booking Petty cash exp. of FIPCL -7) Follow up with store & Maintenance for RM and PM purchase, Assets, consumable bill for month basis. - 8) Send all Companies Cheque to H.O. received from our venders and maintain the record and follow up. - 9) Send all expense and purchase document of FIPCL to HO - 10) Prepare purchase details for every month of FIPCL for Sales Tax return.
