Procurement Executive

Job Title**:Procurement Executive - Optical**

**Experience: 1-3yrs**

**Location: Villupuram**

Key Responsibilities:
**Sourcing and Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for optical products, including lenses, frames, optical instruments, and accessories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and manage supplier contracts and agreements.
- **Negotiation and Purchasing**:

- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best possible deals.
- Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all optical products meet required specifications and standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers in a timely manner.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Analyze procurement data and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
