Position-: PLC Programmer
Education-: Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with courses in Automation, PLC Programming etc
Experience-: 5 + Years in Manufacturing Industry having CNC and VMC Machine

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop PLC programs based on project requirements, including ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming languages.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to understand automation needs and requirements.
- Design and implement control systems for new automated machinery and production lines, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
- Modify and optimize existing PLC programs to improve efficiency, productivity, and reliability of manufacturing processes.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of PLC programs to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
- Install, configure, and commission new PLC hardware and software components as required.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including program specifications, electrical schematics, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on PLC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in PLC technology and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a PLC Programmer in an Auto Parts Manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
- Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLC systems from major manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi).
- Familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) software.
- Experience with electrical control systems, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Modbus).
- Solid understanding of industrial automation principles, including motion control, PID loops, and safety interlocks.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications.**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
