**Job Title: Techno Commercial Executive**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Techno Commercial Manager with a civil engineering background to join our team in the Aluminium Formwork or Construction Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and sales targets (B2B).
- Manage and lead a team of sales and technical personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Understand the technical aspects of aluminium formwork and provide technical support to customers and the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Develop and deliver technical and sales training to the sales team.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network with customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
- Know about Formwork, Precast, Safety, Scaffolding etc.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field or MBA in Marketing & Sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
