**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Telecaller** to join our hospital team. The role involves answering patient inquiries over the phone, explaining our advanced mínimally invasive treatments, and guiding patients to visit the hospital for consultation and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from patients and address their queries politely
- Provide accurate information about Interventional Radiology treatments and procedures
- Convince and guide patients to visit the hospital for consultation/treatment
- Maintain patient call records and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth patient communication

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (other local languages are a plus)
- Ability to explain medical services clearly and confidently to patients
- Patient-friendly, empathetic, and persuasive personality
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)

**Working Hours & Shifts**:

- 8.5 hours duty (including 30 minutes break)
- Rotational shifts between **6:30 AM and 11:30 PM**:

- Sunday working may be required (compensatory off will be provided)

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹9,066.61 - ₹30,510.55 per month
