**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to all users.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- _**6 months to 2 years of relevant experience through internships or full-time roles.**_
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- A solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across different platforms.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
