LOB: Operations | E-Commerce Role: Associate (Content Writer) Designation: Associate Employment Type: Permanent Work Mode: Work From Home Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed week off) Shift: Fixed Shift (9 hours) Shift Timings: General Shift Location: Any Location Key Responsibilities: Develop SEO-Optimized Content Create product descriptions and other content tailored for Retail Product Display (RPD) pages using SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant search terms into content to maximize visibility and traffic. **◦ ◦ Utilize AI Tools for Content Generation Efficiently leverage AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, or other content-generation tools to create, refine, and enhance product content. Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies to streamline content production. Ensure Content Quality and Originality Perform plagiarism checks using tools like Copyscape, Grammarly, or Turnitin to ensure 100% originality. Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand voice, is engaging, and free of factual or grammatical errors. Meet Tight Deadlines and Volume Targets Produce high volumes of product descriptions and related content under strict deadlines without compromising quality. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and project demands in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with the team leads, fellow writers, and manager to align content with business objectives and platform requirements. Incorporate feedback promptly and proactively communicate any challenges or bottlenecks. Content Optimization and Updates Regularly review and update existing RPD content to reflect changes in product features, SEO trends, or brand guidelines. Optimize content for readability, clarity, and engagement to enhance the customer shopping experience. Research and Industry Awareness Conduct thorough product and competitor research to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and marketaligned. Stay informed on e-commerce content trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in RPD content development. Education: Graduates only (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12th or 10th pass)**
