Position:Corporate Communications Associate
Job Summary: The Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the company's internal and external communications. This role involves crafting compelling messages, maintaining media relations, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
**Develop and Implement Communication Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive communication plans targeting both internal and external audiences to promote organizational initiatives and projects.
**Content Creation**: Write, edit, and distribute various communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content, ensuring alignment with the company's voice and objectives.
**Event Coordination**: Organize and manage company events, press conferences, and other public-facing activities to promote corporate identity and engage stakeholders.
**Internal Communications**: Develop internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged, fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
**Social Media Management**: Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring timely and relevant posts that engage audiences and promote brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
**Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in media relations and event coordination.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in real estate sector.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media analytics tools.
- Certification in corporate communications or public relations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
