**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, Train and Lead team of Teachers for YouTube
- Define KPIs, Track Performance & output. Give well-rounded feedback to help improve the -metrics
- Design and Build SOPs and Processes for various initiatives to improvise the learning outcome & content consumption of the Learners.
- Improve curriculum and pedagogy of the content through feedback analysis, students’ performance analysis in tests etc

**Desired Skills
- Has experience of hiring/leading Teachers
- Should have proven leadership and managerial skills
- Past experience of appearing for competitive exams is a plus
- Past Youtube experience is a Plus
- Excellent communication, writing and influencing skills, and be both academic and analytical
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of advanced Excel
- Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment
- A passion to impact Online Learning and thus shape-up Education in India.
