**Job Summary**:
The Laser Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting and engraving machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operation**:

- Set up and calibrate laser cutting/engraving machines according to work orders and blueprints.
- Load and unload materials such as metal, plastic, wood, or glass into the machine.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper cutting speed, power, and accuracy.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in the final product.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality issues.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine maintenance on laser machines, including cleaning lenses and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Report major malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain production logs and machine maintenance records.
- Document any machine issues and corrective actions taken.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience operating CNC or laser cutting machines preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with machine programming.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heat.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
