Train, motivate, and lead warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination of operations.

Prepare reports and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse performance.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Logistics & Supply chain management preferred.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-3years of experience in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
