**Job description**:
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Executive to assist with our various financial tasks, project handling, cleint handling, vendor coordination, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 years of professional job experience in Accounting.
- Making Invoices, quotations, estimates, Purchase orders, sales orders, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting.
- Understanding of corporate compliances.
- Expertise in accounting systems like Tally, Zoho Books

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to track and analyse expenses, providing valuable insights to optimize cost efficiency.
- Oversee the reimbursement process for employee expenses, verifying claims, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables and payables, following up on outstanding invoices and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to facilitate timely payments
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate taxation regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Collaborate with external parties such as Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Banks, providing necessary documentation and information as required
- Oversee all accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation of financial data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
