**Summary**
KEY Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for closures.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
