We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our institution as a Faculty Member

or a related field and possess a National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification with Junior

Research Fellowship (JRF) certification. This position offers an exciting opportunity to

contribute to our academic programs through teaching, research, and scholarly

engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching:

- Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in political

science, covering various subfields such as political theory, comparative

politics, international relations, and public policy.
- Utilize effective pedagogical techniques to engage students and foster

critical thinking skills.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students pursuing political

science degrees.

2. Research:

- Conduct independent research in political science, contributing to the

advancement of knowledge in the field.
- Publish research findings in reputable academic journals and present at

conferences and seminars.
- Seek external funding opportunities to support research projects and

collaborative initiatives.

3. Curriculum Development:

- Participate in the development and revision of curriculum materials,

ensuring alignment with academic standards and disciplinary best

practices.
- Integrate contemporary issues and case studies into course content to

enhance student learning experiences.

4. Service and Engagement:

- Engage in departmental and institutional service activities, including

committee assignments and program assessment.
- Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, such as governmental

agencies and community organizations, to promote civic engagement and

experiential learning opportunities for students.
- Represent the institution at professional conferences, public forums, and

other relevant events to showcase expertise and contribute to public

discourse on political issues.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in political science or a closely related field from a recognized university.
- National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification with Junior Research Fellowship

(JRF) certification in political science.
- Demonstrated expertise in political science research and teaching.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering inclusive learning

environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the academic

community through service and professional engagement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
