**Responsibilities**
- Maintain A&M and G&A Budgets
- Build working relationship with Marketing/Brand teams; developing a working knowledge of the work to be completed in the fiscal year
- Colaborate with Finance & Control function to Initiate the aligned upon brand budget in the Oracle/ SAP systems, generating project numbers for each brand project
- Contact and set up A&M and G&A vendors for respective projects; & verify with budget owner alignment of costs associated with services provided
- Process and submit invoices received for project services; responsible for GRing invoice amounts as they are process
- Responsible for troubleshooting / resolving parked/blocked invoices; involves following up with AP team, vendors, and customer marketing teams
- Request, review and maintain files related to project estimates from vendors
- Collaborate with Control to process estimates from IO’s and SOWs & generate PO’s
- Manage tracking of completed estimates; accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders, and prompt pays, etc.
- Manage A&M and G&A Budget Processes
- Support communication processes with reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
- Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and fine tune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks to process management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop

**Qualifications**
- A junior/mid-level analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company.

3-5 years' experience
- Highly efficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
- Knowing the Business Cold: Can easily see how separate data inputs are connected; synthesizing key learnings to highlight opportunities to inform future business decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
- Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
- Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus
- Language Skills - Fluent English
