**Solution Architect Cloud**

Solution Architects Cloud in Alep Cloud Solutions are part of a cross-functional and entrepreneurial team, where you will develop the framework and integrated solutions that address the client's business needs. You will lead all aspects of the integrated solution, from identification of requirements to technical decisions impacting the business outcome. You will collaborate with members of the client team and Alep’s team to define and execute proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions.

**As a Solution Architect, You Will**

Design and Build the Strategy
- Ensure that the solution architecture includes sufficient provisions for security and reliability, while covering customer pain points and anticipated future needs
- Create clarity by visualizing current technology investments and their interactions
- Design, document and implement the strategic roadmap ensuring its feasibility
- Influence choices and direction for Solution Delivery at all levels
- Help to build a high quality / craftsmanship approach, utilizing best practices, and standards
- Influence and drive the direction of solution architecture, platforms, versions, and toolsets
- Develop good practices with teams and communicate their use

Be Hands-on - Engineer Business Architecture and Prototype
- Have a deep understanding of Azure, Google & AWS platform features, capabilities and how to optimise these for an engagement.
- Can take customer requirements, translate those into solutions leveraging the inherent capabilities of the Cloud Providers, assess technical feasibility and develop proposals in line with customer requirements
- Can help shape transition and transformation strategies
- Own the solutions architecture plan while being a “hands-on” builder or developer in a client-facing engagement
- Help deliver highly technical concepts by researching and building POC’s to prove or disprove viability

Communicate and collaborate
- Consult with project technical leaders on trade off decisions as required
- Work with Alep's business leaders to identify best practices, systems and benchmarks
- Assist in the development of policies, standards and guidelines

Lead - Coach and Mentor
- Partner with other technical leaders to provide direction during PoCs and other solutions
- Mentor the delivery teams to build knowledge and skills in current or future areas of need
- Review system design to assure that solutions will exhibit expected levels of performance, scalability, security, and appropriate reusability upon release
- Review and guide design decisions of our teams

**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years’ experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain (e.g., Security)
- 3+ years of experience working with one of the cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience leading a customer or team with the design of a Kubernetes-based solution in the past two years
- 3+ years’ experience with responsibility for analysis or troubleshooting of a cloud-native solution in production at a Fortune 500 company

**Additional Or Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience handling Enterprise customers of all sizes in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Solutions engineering and/or Professional Services functions in a Software/SaaS company, with at least 1 year formally in a Solutions Architect role engaging with Enterprise customers
- Prior experience working on or managing products related to API development/management, Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), databases (e.g. Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.), Container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) or DevOps (CI/CD, Jenkins, Chef, Travis, etc.) - essentially, exposure to modern backend engineering tools/technologies
- Strong proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas; Public/Hybrid Cloud, Cyber security
- Technical or Professional Certification in Domain (e.g., Security).
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud native app hosting through software design, development, deployment, and operations.
- Experience with design and implementation of scalable architectures using cloud services
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Java,.NET, JavaScript, Python, etc. and related frameworks and SDKs (Spring Cloud, TypeScript, React)
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud adoption methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹862,376.91 - ₹1,375,226.67 per year
