**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions for VARC across CAT, IPMAT, and CLAT batches.
- Provide doubt-solving sessions and personalized feedback to students.
- Monitor student progress and performance regularly.
- Contribute to webinars, workshops, and other academic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure high-quality student outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command over English (Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension).
- Prior teaching experience for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT or similar aptitude exams (Minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Education, or any relevant field.
- A passion for mentoring and helping students achieve their academic goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Score in the 95+ percentile in CAT Verbal section (optional but a big plus).
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital content creation.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
