Immediate requirements for franchise development professionals with 1-5 years of experience for LUCKNOW Uttar Pradesh. Experience into franchise sale is desired.

Salary package would be Rs. 2,20,000 - 4,50,000 per annum plus incentives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.

Facilitate sales of all products according to our company and based on client requirement.

Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end.

Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services and perform required receipts and prepare bills for same.

Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.

Supervise all unresolved compliant for sales.

Perform troubleshoot on all customer service issues and schedule all field service calls as required.

Coordinate with marketing and dispatch team to meet customers’ needs.

Maintain and update accurate notes in CRM system as well as records according to necessity and instructions.

Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on phone.

Ensure to acquire monthly sales quota established by management on basis of past performance.

Maintain client relations to build excellent reputation for service and produce repeat business.

Visiting the location shared by the client and check whether it meets our required criteria and give confirmation / feedback to the prospect and the management.

Any others as directed by the by the senior officials of the Company.

**Languages : Hindi - English - Bihari - Any Other language is added advantage.**

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
