**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Optimize Google Business Profiles**: Update business information, add services, manage photos, and enhance the overall presentation to attract more customers.
- **Listings Management**: Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) consistency across the web and manage multiple GMB listings.
- **GMB Insights Analysis**: Monitor performance through GMB insights, understand trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Content Creation**: Post regular updates, offers, events, and other content to keep profiles engaging and relevant.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond to customer reviews professionally and promptly, manage Q&A sections, and handle customer queries.
- **Local SEO Implementation**: Optimize profiles with relevant keywords and location-based strategies to improve ranking.
- **Reputation Management**: Address negative feedback tactfully, manage reputation, and escalate serious issues when needed.
- **Performance Reporting**: Generate reports on GMB performance, customer interactions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 years of experience managing GMB profiles and local SEO.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in using GMB and local SEO tools, knowledge of analytics, and reporting. Familiarity with reputation management.
- **Analytical Ability**: Strong skills in data interpretation, trend analysis, and understanding customer behavior.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and review management.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency across profiles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Google My Business certification or related SEO certifications.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz Local is a plus.
