**What You Will Own**

Accounts Payable Team within the Corporate Finance function processes the payments to the vendors or employees for organisation’s business expenses. It also processes the reimbursements to the employees for the travel expenses incurred during their outstation business trips.

Being an Executive - Finance, you will be undertaking the various categories of expenses and nature of spends that were done by the organisations for its objectives. It will give very challenging experience in analysing the expenses and identifying the gaps in process flows and providing the feedback for the improvement at the organisation level. Also, due to multiple categories of expenditures and its processing by recording them in Tally with applicable Statutory and Compliance provisions will help you to get good knowledge also in those areas. As a member of AP Team, you will get the first experience of all the Tally New Releases before it hits the market and help to influence the product usability as a first customer of the Product for the market.

**Experience You Should Bring**
- Good knowledge about Tally Prime product and its features.
- Basic working Knowledge on all the TDS and GST provisions.
- Good knowledge about MS-Office.
- Ability to understand and analyse the transactions and act appropriately for its accounting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills to work with the team and for the team.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Own and manage the transactions that requires to be fulfilled as per the timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as agencies, vendors/influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, tech, design, and sales to ensure alignment on their payment needs and fulfil on time.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and insights to inform and improve own knowledge and the process flows for better performance.
- Reconciliation of Employees Corporate credit card statements and Bank Balances.
- Ensuring Accounting of expenses based on the claims by the employee.
- Checking of Recoveries, Payables & Settlement.
