**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Handle **fee collection**, reconciliation, and defaulters’ follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain **cash books**, **ledgers**, **journals**, and **bank reconciliations**.
- Generate **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports** for management review.
- Assist in preparing school **budgets**, **forecasting**, and **variance analysis**.
- Coordinate with **auditors**, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Handle procurement billing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce**, **Accounting**, or a related field
- **2-4 years** of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution.
- MS Office
- Good understanding of **school accounting practices**.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,124.49 - ₹30,707.52 per month
