- Requires strong basic mathematical and analytical skills.
- Possess knowledge of MS Office.
- Typing Speed - 25 to 30 wpm.
- Ability to provide direction to others in the process.
- Extremely flexible - quickly shifts from/to clients and projects as the needs arise with efficient hand offs to others.
- Graduate/ post-graduate with at least 1-3 years of experience in US healthcare or 2-3 years of experience in other field with an international KPO/BPO.
- Open to work in 24*7 environment.

- Take care of end-to-end contract management for US hospitals.
- Update essential fee schedules and reimbursement factors’ tables.
- Reviewing and updating existing contracts.
- Monitor/Audit the accounts with variance amount.
- Give floor support as and when required.
- Mentor resources that are new in the contract management process.
- Responsible for ownership of a client’s contract management project.
