**Key Responsibilities**:
- Brand Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the brand's current digital presence, including website, social media channels, and other online platforms. Evaluate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Strategy Development: Develop holistic digital brand strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and target audience. Define brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines for digital channels. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives.
- Digital Campaigns: Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, product launches, and special promotions. Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets including visuals, videos, and copy.
- Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and mentions of the brand to identify potential issues or opportunities.Implement strategies for reputation management and crisis communication when necessary.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns. Prepare regular reports outlining performance insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve brand initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus
