Storekeeper

**Job Title: Store Purchaser cum Store Keeper**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement**:

- Source and purchase materials, products, and supplies needed for the store.
- Research potential vendors and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Place orders in a timely manner to maintain adequate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of items received.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records accordingly.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize shrinkage.
- **Store Keeping**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store premises.
- Arrange merchandise displays to enhance visibility and attract customers.
- Monitor product expiration dates and ensure timely rotation of stock to minimize waste.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide product information as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of purchases, expenditures, and inventory levels.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding stock needs, budget constraints, and potential supply chain issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control best practices.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Murthal,Sonipat(Hayrana)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
