Selenium Tester

We are urgently hiring **Selenium Testers** with a minimum of **3 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing** using Selenium and should preferably have exposure to projects in the **BFSI domain**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using **Selenium WebDriver**.
- Perform regression testing and ensure new code does not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Prepare detailed test documentation including test cases, test scripts, and defect logs.
- Track and manage defects using tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla**, or similar.
- Participate in sprint planning, test planning, and review activities.
- Follow and enforce best testing practices as per client (TCS/SBI) standards.

**Required Skills**:

- **Good knowledge of Selenium Testing** with proven hands-on experience.
- Strong working knowledge of **Selenium WebDriver** with Java or Python.
- Experience with **TestNG, Maven, Jenkins**, and other CI/CD tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of **API testing** using tools like Postman or REST-assured.
- Knowledge of **SDLC and STLC**.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **BFSI domain** projects, especially with banks or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with **BDD frameworks** like Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Basic knowledge of **SQL/database testing**.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
