THE OPPORTUNITY

As a UX Designer at Xactly Corporation, you’ll be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your designs will help lead the way for new product features and enhance existing product experiences. You will contribute to all things design, from creating user flows and wireframes to building mockups and interactive prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them, and ensure that the final product provides a positive experience.

THE TEAM

Xactly Product Management is a lively, tight-knit team consisting of Product Managers and User Experience professionals. We are the innovative forward thinkers of the product, always collaborating and striving to discover the best solutions for our users. User Experience is an integral part of this team, taking on complex processes and transforming them into intuitive, easy-to-use designs for sales compensation admins and sales representatives around the world.

THE SKILL SET
- Minimum 1-2 years of industry experience or project course with presentable deliverables
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to prototype and design elegant UI solutions to complex user problems
- Ability to create designs using mockup/prototyping tools
- Experience working on enterprise level projects
- Experience working directly with Engineering teams and Product Managers
- Experience collaborating with User Research and leveraging data to drive design
- Experience with agile (scrum) development process
- Figma, Sketch and InVision experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred

- Attend new hire training
- Gain an understanding of the Sales Performance Management space and the business challenges Xactly solves
- Learn the design process
- Get to know your team

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU WILL
- Learn the Xactly product suite
- Learn Xactly’s design tools and resources
- Begin to work on feature enhancements

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU WILL
- Work closely with User Research, Product Managers, and Engineering to deliver your design visions

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU WILL
- Be seen as a well-versed, trusted expert on your product, making a significant positive impact company-wide
