**Videographer - Real Estate**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Capture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties, emphasizing their unique features and characteristics.

2. Collaborate with Real Estate agents and marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.

3. Conduct on-site visits to assess filming conditions, lighting, and optimal angles for video shoots.

4. Edit and post-process video content to ensure a polished and professional final product.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance video production quality.

6. Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure optimal performance and readiness for projects.

7. Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with overall brand and marketing strategies.

8. Create engaging and shareable video content for various platforms, including social media and property listings.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in the real estate sector.

2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

3. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

6. Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.

7. Portfolio showcasing previous real estate video projects.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Videography, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
