**Activity to be Handled**

Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to prepare and monitor work plan as per organization priority/requirements to release error free artworks and commercial pack styles.

Work with project managers and associates to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines met.

Strong conceptual, graphic design and technical skills for completion of projects.

Manage and mentor a team of designers and artists to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative output, & create and maintain design guidelines and standards.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (i.e. RA, Production, PPIC, Marketing, BD, PMO, Formulation, etc.) and external stakeholders (i.e. Vendors, Clients, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Lead brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.

Responsible to take trial of new packaging materials at manufacturing site & support them for market complaints evaluation.

Must be having knowledge about AMS (Artwork Management System) & SAP system for related activities.

Responsible to prepare various departmental documents like SOP, Pack Styles, Specification, etc.

To visit manufacturing site/vendor site to develop new packaging materials & to resolve packaging material related issues.

To participate & work on system improvement and cost saving projects and implement it in organization.
