Factory Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and adherence to company rules.
- Ensure all workers wear proper uniforms, safety gear, and follow safety protocols.
- Assign and oversee tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the factory premises.
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and tools, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with management regarding production targets and operational requirements.
- Train and guide workers on best practices and safety standards.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all processes.
- Prepare and submit reports on factory activities, workforce performance, and production progress.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a factory supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in the stone/marble industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to enforce discipline and maintain a professional work culture.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and factory operations.
- Good communication skills in [English/local language].
- Flexibility to handle day-to-day operational challenges.

Pay: ₹11,756.77 - ₹50,000.00 per month
