**Responsibilities**:

- Understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to refine and enhance designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user requirements and business goals.
- Maintain consistency in design elements while prioritizing usability and aesthetics.
- Stay updated with UX/UI trends and best practices to improve design quality continuously.
- Perform usability testing to identify areas for improvement in user flows and interfaces.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design or related roles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills and visually appealing interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for creating designs that delight users and enhance engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
