Naimly Enterprise is hiring motivated and responsible individuals for the position of **Loan Recovery Agent / Collection Executive**. The role involves handling field loan recovery for consumer durable and personal loans, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit customers for loan/EMI collections as per assigned area.
- Follow up with clients field visits for overdue payments.
- Update daily collection reports and submit to the team leader.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the back-office team for settlement and closure cases.
- Handle recovery cases ethically and as per company policy.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
**Bike & Smartphone must**
**Freshers and experienced** both can apply
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic knowledge of local area routes (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
