**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and manage patients with various kidney-related conditions (e.g., CKD, AKI, glomerulonephritis, hypertension, electrolyte disorders).
- Oversee dialysis treatments (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis) and address related complications.
- Provide pre
- and post-operative care for renal transplant patients.
- Coordinate with transplant surgeons and other specialties.
- Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic tests (e.g., renal biopsy, imaging, labs).
- Participate in quality assurance and infection control protocols in dialysis units.
- Provide patient and family education on renal disease and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Attend ward rounds, OPDs, and emergency consults as required.
- Teach and mentor junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff.
- Participate in CMEs, clinical audits, and hospital committees.

**Qualifications**:

- **DM/DNB in Nephrology** from a recognized institution

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong clinical acumen in nephrology and dialysis management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of hospital EMR systems and digital documentation.
- Research experience/publications in nephrology (optional but preferred).

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per month
