- **Staying updated**: Telecallers stay updated with market trends.
- **Identifying customer needs**: Telecallers identify customer needs and assist clients in choosing appropriate services and packages.
- **Using scripts**: Telecallers use scripts to qualify prospective customers and convince existing buyers to purchase more products or services.
- **Negotiating**: Telecallers use their negotiating skills to address customer complaints and convince them to buy at favorable rates.
- **Building rapport**: Telecallers use their persuasive skills to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
