**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. As a Telecaller at SYPA IIE, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our institute's courses, answering their queries, and providing information about our Course offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a persuasive approach to convince them to enroll in the courses.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Ms Office
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
