Immigration Advisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and suggest suitable visa options, including Study Visa, Work Visa, PR, Tourist Visa, Spouse Visa, and Investor Visa.
- **Documentation Assistance**: Guide clients on the required documents, ensure timely collection, and review submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Help clients book appointments with immigration authorities or for interviews as required.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of client information and interactions in the company CRM.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- **Google Meet Consultations**: Conduct virtual appointments to cater to clients from different locations.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about emerging trends and opportunities in global immigration markets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, Law, or International Relations).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures for countries like Canada, UK, USA, and Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
