**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Retail Merchandiser role located in Mumbai at Bombay Closet Cleanse. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing and displaying merchandise to optimize sales, interacting with customers to provide exceptional service, and collaborating with the sales & marketing team to drive revenue.

**Qualifications**
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Retail and Sales experience
- Strong Sales & Marketing capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for sustainable fashion and environmental consciousness
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, Business, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
