**Position Title**: Office Attender/Boy
**Location**: My Zaveri Bazaar, Vepery, Chennai
**Reports to**: General Manager/MD

**Job Overview**:
An Office Attender/Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth administrative activities. The role involves performing various duties to assist the staff and maintain a well-functioning and tidy office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office spaces, including meeting rooms, reception areas, and common areas.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, keeping track of inventory and replenishing when needed.
- Clean desks, chairs, and equipment, ensuring all areas are ready for use at the start of the day.
- **Support for Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing documents for office staff as required.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages and handle outgoing mail.
- Deliver documents and materials to various departments or offices within the building.
- Run errands outside the office when needed (e.g., delivering documents, purchasing office supplies).
- **Meeting Room Setup**:

- Arrange and set up meeting rooms for presentations, conferences, or other events.
- Ensure necessary stationery, equipment, and refreshments are available for meetings.
- **Support to Office Staff**:

- Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to employees and guests during meetings or as needed.
- Assist in maintaining proper stock of refreshments and kitchen supplies.
- Provide basic support during office events, functions, or celebrations.
- **Handling Guests and Visitors**:

- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Escort guests to meeting rooms or inform relevant staff members of their arrival.
- **Other Duties**:

- Assist with any additional tasks as directed by the General Manager or senior staff.
- Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers, computer systems) is in working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Pick-up lunch/dinner from MD residence.

**Qualifications**:

- SSLC or equivalent preferred with 2 to 3 years experience.
- Basic understanding of office operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, standing, walking for long periods).
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

**Skills**:

- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of office equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Courteous and professional attitude towards staff and visitors.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical work, requiring regular cleaning, standing, and walking.
- May involve running errands outside the office.
- May require flexibility in working hours, depending on office needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
