Sales Executive

A sales executive will be working in the field under the supervision of a Regional sales manager and will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer relationship. He/she would be responsible for developing business in a given territory. Key responsibilities will include.
- Going out in the market to identify possible dealer and distributors and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs as well as concern about the product.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services to the target market and customers.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Track customer orders with the help of factory team to ensure that the required product reaches the customer as per the delivery dates.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Engineering degree or MBA( sales and marketing).
- Knowledge of the electrical wire industry and at least 2 years' experience in sales in the electrical wire/electrical appliances industry.
**Essential Skills**:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
