Asst Admission Officer

**Key Role**:
A role that assists admission officers in all admission-related activities. Responsible for actively promoting and marketing the institute and presenting a positive image of the institute and its activities both within and outside the branch’s geography by visiting schools, colleges, educational events & other special persons in the education industry.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Visiting all prospective business generation centers to create awareness about the institute.
- Conducting seminars, webinars & educational fests to attract students & parents.
- Data collection & creating a database for the current & future business.
- Distribution of promotional literature to prospective families, students, and other representatives.
- Creating special persons & rapport building.
- Attending all educational expos.
- Keeping updated on the market trends.
- Orienting another admission junior staff on the market updates.
- Keeping updated on the current hoarding fixings & other advertisement trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edappal, Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Data collection: 1 year (required)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (required)
- Experience working with students: 1 year (preferred)
