- Assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Coordinating trustee meetings, ensuring accurate documentation, and following up on decisions and actions.

Financial Oversight**:
- Assisting in budget preparation, financial reporting, and the management of funds.
- Coordinating with accountants or auditors to ensure proper financial management.
- Handling payments, invoices, and receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Trustee and Beneficiary Support**:
- Acting as a liaison between trustees and beneficiaries, ensuring clear communication and efficient handling of inquiries.
- Supporting trustees in executing their responsibilities, including providing relevant information, reports, and updates.

Policy Implementation**:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the trust.
- Ensuring all decisions and actions align with the trust's mission, goals, and legal framework.

Event and Project Management**:
- Organizing and managing events, projects, and initiatives related to the trust’s mission.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
