**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Clearly communicate product information to customers.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
