We are actively seeking final year or recent graduates of B.Com and BBA to join our team as Sourcing Executive Experts. As a Sourcing Executive Expert, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to IT corporate trainers through various platforms, including our organizational database. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a conduit to facilitate the successful execution of training assignments assigned by our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

Trainer Sourcing:

- Identify and reach out to IT corporate trainers using multiple platforms, including our organizational database.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with potential trainers.

**Client Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between the client and trainers to ensure seamless execution of assigned training programs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific training needs and requirements.

Technology Knowledge:

- Demonstrate a good understanding of technology trends to effectively match trainers with client requirements.
- Stay informed about industry developments to enhance sourcing strategies.

Communication and Coordination:

- Possess strong English communication skills to interact effectively with trainers and clients.
- Coordinate logistics and communication between all parties involved in the training process.

Administrative Tasks:

- Utilize mandatory MS Office skills for documentation, reporting, and data management.
- Ensure attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Final year or recent graduate with a degree in B. Com or BBA.
- Technology knowledge and understanding of current IT trends.
- Mandatory MS Office skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
