**Position Overview**:
The Photographer & Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content, including photographs and videos, that effectively communicate the organization's message and initiatives. This role requires a keen understanding of political landscapes and the ability to adapt visual storytelling to various audiences and platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts for photo and video content that align with the organization's messaging and objectives.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of events, rallies, interviews, and other relevant activities.
- Edit and enhance visual content to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the communications team to plan and execute visual strategies for campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on current political trends, issues, and events to inform content creation and messaging.
- Manage equipment and technical requirements for photo and video shoots, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
- Maintain a digital asset library and organize files for easy access and retrieval.
- Travel as needed to various locations for on-site photography and videography assignments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing political content.
- Solid understanding of political landscapes, issues, and dynamics.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, editing software, and techniques.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and messages effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in political campaigns or advocacy organizations.
