- Graduate with certification or specialization in networking & security technologies and OEMs (CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent certification)
- relevant experience preferably working in implementation and administration of network & security tools/devices
- AWS/GCP certified professional
- Addition and deletions of the rules or policies will be processed via change management process.
- Adhering to client Change Management process defined
- Firewall Policy Configuration Backups.
- In addition, deletions & modification of the rules will be processed via the change management process.
- Housekeeping of device logs and monitoring storage space requirements.
- Creation of site-to-site VPN as per Customer’s requirements.
- Necessary support for restoration or drill
- Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
- Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Troubleshooting of device issues in case of any problems identified or reported.
- Reinstallations raise due to incidents
- Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
- Recommendation and Rollout of New policies
- Device signature/firmware upgrade as per a release from OEMs.
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Troubleshooting of firewall in case of any problems identified or reported.
- Vendor coordination
