**Job Purpose**:
To provide specialized Chemistry instruction to senior secondary students requiring additional support, including remedial classes for struggling students and enrichment classes for advanced students. The role aims to prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and a deeper understanding of Chemistry through customized teaching methods.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level, with a track record of preparing students for board and competitive exams.
- Experience in conducting remedial or special coaching classes is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of advanced Chemistry topics across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing diverse learning needs.
- Effective communication and motivational skills to encourage student engagement.
- Familiarity with competitive exam formats, question patterns, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Specialized Subject Instruction**:

- Conduct special classes to address the needs of students who require additional assistance in mastering Chemistry concepts.
- Develop and deliver advanced Chemistry lessons and problem-solving sessions for high-performing students preparing for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and Olympiads.
- Use differentiated teaching techniques to cater to varied learning levels within the special class sessions.
- **Curriculum Customization**:

- Modify and adapt the Chemistry curriculum to focus on core concepts and common problem areas.
- Design targeted lesson plans, worksheets, and practice problems that address individual student weaknesses and enhance their problem-solving skills.
- Integrate past board and competitive exam questions to familiarize students with exam patterns and question types.
- **Individualized Student Support**:

- Provide one-on-one guidance and mentorship to students with specific challenges or ambitions in Chemistry.
- Monitor and assess student performance in special classes, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Offer feedback and personalized study strategies to help students optimize their learning and exam preparation.
- **Assessment and Progress Tracking**:

- Conduct regular assessments, including quizzes, mock tests, and timed exercises, to track students’ progress in special classes.
- Analyze assessment results to identify recurring issues, skill gaps, or topics needing further reinforcement.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and growth in special sessions.
- **Exam Preparation and Strategy**:

- Develop and conduct intensive review sessions and crash courses close to exam dates for last-minute revision and practice.
- Teach exam techniques, such as time management, question prioritization, and effective answer structuring.
- Organize mock exams replicating real exam conditions to boost students' confidence and readiness.
- **Engagement with Parents and Guardians**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the progress of students in special classes.
- Address any specific concerns parents may have and provide recommendations on additional support or resources.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and courses focused on special education strategies, Chemistry advancements, and best practices in exam preparation.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share insights on effective techniques and resources for special classes.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹900.00 - ₹1,100.00 per day
