**Position**: Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant

**Experience**: 4-10 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including **Demand Management**, **Predictive Trade Planning**, and **Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM)**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Design and configure **Demantra workflows**, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
- Develop and execute **data extraction queries**, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
- Support integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

**Required Skills**:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
- Strong understanding of **forecasting algorithms**, **trade promotion planning**, and **demand analytics**.
- Proficiency in **SQL**, **PL/SQL**, and Demantra data model.
- Experience with **Oracle ASCP**, **EBS**, and **VCP** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills & should be able to work with UK Client independently
- Must have strong PL/SQL, interface knowledge.
- Should be able to analyze the interface and technical issues.
- Should be able to debug issues and provide solutions for Demantra
- Should be able to design, develop and deliver the enhancements
- Should be able to coordinate with Oracle & Business for Oracle SR’s
- Should be able to perform impact analysis
- Should be able to detail solution design
- Should be able to do Unit testing & Integration testing
- Should be able to support UAT
- Should be able to append documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, Test scripts.
- Should be able to hand over to production support
