Their responsibilities are focused on ensuring the smooth flow of information that drives decision-making and helps optimize sales processes.

Key Responsibilities of an MIS Executive for B2C Sales:
1. Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, process, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets).

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to monitor performance against targets.

Prepare dashboards and visual reports for management to help in decision-making.

Track key metrics like customer acquisition, conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue.

2. Sales Analysis & Forecasting:
Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns in customer behavior and sales performance.

Help forecast sales based on historical data and market trends.

Support the sales team by providing insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.

3. CRM & Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Work with CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipeline.

Automate reports and alerts for the sales team regarding customer follow-ups and lead status.

4. Automation & Process Optimization:
Use tools like Excel, SQL, and BI software to automate repetitive tasks.

Streamline data entry and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and errors.

Implement best practices to improve the efficiency of the sales data management system.

5. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Liaise with sales managers and marketing teams to align data insights with sales strategies.

Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in driving sales.

Support the sales team with the data needed to refine their approaches to customers.

Key Skills Required:
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce, Zoho).

Basic knowledge of Python/R for data analysis (optional but beneficial).

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy is crucial for reliable reporting.

Communication Skills: Effectively presenting findings to management and sales teams.

Problem-solving: Ability to identify gaps in data and implement solutions.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in fields like Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in MIS, preferably in a sales or marketing environment.

Certifications (Optional but beneficial):
Microsoft Excel Specialist

Google Data Analytics Certificate

Certification in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
