**Position: US Non IT Recruiter**

**Experience: 1-3 years of experience in US recruitment**

**Location: Bangalore, KA (Work From Home/ Remote Work)**

**Shift Time: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST (PST Shift)**

**Working Days: Monday-Friday (5 Days)**

About You:
You Will:

- Write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed
- Source high-quality talent through a variety of tactics (e.g; networking, social media, job boards, etc.)

You have:

- **1 to 3 years of experience in the entire US Recruitment life cycle** from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation
- Proven work experience as a Staffing Agency Recruiter
- **Open to work on both IT and Non-IT requirements**
- **Must have extensive experience working on W2 tax terms and technical and non-technical roles**
- **Must have experience working with direct clients**
- A passion for building cohesive teams and a positive team-oriented approach to your work
- Experience juggling multiple open requisitions while conducting a high-touch recruitment process
- Ability to understand each department's skills and responsibilities across levels
- Proven experience finding the best talent in Silicon Valley and beyond
- Good ability to build pipelines (Strategic Sourcing)
- Great selling and closing skills
- **Must have excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills**
- Independent, Self-starter
- Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented and a Go-getter
