**Job Type**: Full Time, Residential.

**Job Summary**: The Principal will play a crucial role in the leadership team of the boarding school, ensuring the smooth operation of academic, administrative, and residential aspects of the institution. They will collaborate closely with the faculty, staff, and students to foster a positive and conducive learning environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the boarding school.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with school objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of school policies and procedures.

**2. Residential Life Coordination**:

- Supervise and support residential staff, including dormitory supervisors and residential assistants.
- Develop and implement programs to promote student welfare, safety, and community engagement within the boarding environment.
- Address disciplinary issues and provide guidance on behavior management protocols.

**3. Curriculum Development and Instructional Leadership**:

- Collaborate with academic faculty to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in instructional planning, assessment, and differentiation strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in teaching and learning practices.

**4. Student Affairs and Support Services**:

- Oversee student services, including counseling, health services, and special education support.
- Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior management.
- Coordinate interventions and support services for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.

**5. Professional Development and Staff Management**:

- Provide leadership and support to faculty and staff through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure high-quality instruction and service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture among faculty and staff, promoting teamwork and shared goals.

**6. School Operations and Compliance**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boarding school, including facilities management, transportation, and campus safety.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and protocols to ensure the safety and security of students and staff.

**7. Data Analysis and Decision-Making**:

- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess student progress, school performance, and resource allocation.
- Analyze assessment data, student demographics, and other relevant metrics to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor trends and identify areas for improvement to enhance student outcomes and school effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a boarding school or similar educational setting.

- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and student support services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
